The Gerald Kerkut Charitable Trust

The Gerald Kerkut Charitable Trust (Charity Commission Number 1064724) was established by Professor Kerkut. The objects of the Trust as stated in the Governing Document are :-

"to advance education and research in Physiology at Southampton University by providing bursaries and prizes to students of physiology at Southampton University and publishing the useful results and to or for such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall decide".

Currently the trust is supporting more than 15 postgraduate students in the University of Southampton.

The Trustees are pleased to announce that they will be offering half studentships again to start in 2023. Please consult the new Terms and Conditions and Application Form which are available on this site.

The deadline for receipt of application forms will be Monday October 24th 2022
